M/S. Patidar Refreshment

Roles and responsibility on the part of M/s. Patidar Refreshment:

✓ Equipment & Utensils
All required utensils and electric-based tea/coffee-making equipment (e.g., electric sigdi) will
be provided by Patidar Refreshment.

✓ Staff Deployment
Tea and coffee services shall be provided full-time by Patidar’s trained staff throughout the
contract period.

✓ Replacement Policy
In the event a service provider needs replacement, the replacement will be deployed within
48 hours of notice.

✓ Procurement of Consumables
All materials required to prepare tea and coffee—tea/coffee powder, milk, sugar, etc.—shall
be procured by Patidar Refreshment.

✓ Cleaning Responsibilities
Cups, utensils, and pantry/kitchen space will be cleaned using Patidar’s own cleaning materials while maintaining high hygiene standards.

✓ Guest Service
Attending to guests with water, tea, and biscuits as required shall be part of the regular
service.

✓ Accommodation
Staff accommodation will be independently arranged by Patidar Refreshment. No company
facilities will be utilized.

✓ Uniforms & ID Cards
Uniforms and ID cards (with PAN card details) for all staff will be provided by Patidar Refreshment.

✓ Staffing Ratio
▪ One staff member for up to 100 client employees.
▪ Two staff members for 101 to 200 employees.
▪ One additional staff for every 150 employees beyond 200.

✓ Staff Rotation
Staff rotation shall be conducted every six months to ensure continuity and availability of
trained personnel.

Monthly or quarterly review meetings may be held to assess service quality and make improvements if required.

✓ Issue Resolution

Responsibilities of the Client Company

✓ Pantry/Kitchen Space
Provision of a kitchen area (100–200 sq ft) with washbasin, platform, and electric plug points for operating equipment.

✓ Storage Facility
A secure, lockable storage area to be provided for storing Patidar Refreshment’s consumables and equipment.

✓ Cleaning Support
Cleaning material for washing cups will be provided by the client.

✓ Crockery Provision
Tea/coffee cups and serving crockery shall be provided by the client as per usage requirements.

Commercial Terms

✓ Billing & Payment
▪ Monthly invoice to be raised by 5th of each month.
▪ Payment to be cleared by the client on or before the 7th of the same month.

✓ Price Review
▪ Tea, coffee, and milk prices will be reviewed annually.
▪ A minimum increase of ₹0.50 per cup will be applicable every 12 months.

✓ Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be charged additionally

Dispute Handling

✓ Any disputes or grievances shall be resolved amicably. In case of unresolved matters,
jurisdiction will lie with Mumbai courts.

Service Termination

✓ Both the parties reserves the right to discontinue the services at any time with a one-month
notice.
